Her career runs the gamut from global companies like Oracle, Workday, Pegasystems, and Marriott to fast-moving startups like BetterUp. She’s fluent in both corporate bureaucracy and startup hustle;  a rare bilingual skill. Often the only woman in leadership meetings, Tracy learned early how to hold her own, speak plainly, and build real trust.
