I've spent 25 years in the rooms where revenue gets made.
At Oracle, Pega, BetterUp, UKG, Marriott and beyond, I built and led enterprise sales organizations that carried big numbers — and hit them. Presidents Club. Chairman's Circle. A track record built not on luck, but on process, people, and relentless execution.
Today, I channel that experience into something more agile: fractional sales leadership for companies that need a serious revenue operator right now, without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive hire.
